Agnew SEAT Auto Exchange went under extensive renovation works in their current Belfast Showroom. The works include many additional features to the stylish showroom including a trim area, an accessories display and a spacious waiting area with tea and coffee facilities. Martin Contracts where part of the showroom refurbishment works which included the mechanical installation of Soils, Wastes, an Water Heater and new Sanitary Ware.
Café Andaluz, Edinburgh For our sixth project in partnership with DiMaggio's Restaurant Group, we undertook the design and installation of both Mechanical and Electrical systems. The restaurant has views of Edinburgh's Castle spread over the two floors and is located just a short walk from Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile and National Museum of Scotland.

Enniskillen Ambulance Centre Martin Contracts (NI) Ltd completed the Mechanical installation to a new centre for Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS). The new, modern purpose-built Ambulance Centre is constructed on the site of the Old Erne Hospital, in County Fermanagh. It provides staff welfare facilities, training, office accommodation and a full garage.
