Established over 50 years ago as a family business formally trading as Martin Mechanical & Electrical Ltd which specialised in the highest quality Mechanical & Electrical Contracts we have since progressed into construction and re-branded our company as Martin Contracts (NI) Ltd in 2012.

We boast an excellent reputation as a specialist mechanical, electrical and building works contractor which delivers projects on time, on budget, and to the highest possible specification. Our company has completed a wide range of contracts within the United Kingdom and Ireland in sectors including;

Our extensive client list includes high profile retail chains such as ASDA, River Island, Next, Dunnes Stores, Schuh, TK Maxx, JD Sports and the Virgin Group, restaurants for the Di Maggio Restaurant Group and have successfully completed contracts with established building contractors such as H&J Martin, PRH Construction, Bell Contracts, JFM Construction, P&K McKaigue and Wilson Care Homes. We have also recently assumed the role of main contractor ourselves, as part of our CPD programme.
