Description:

This project, carried out over seven campus locations of the BMC, comprised of works aimed to bring each building into line with current fire and safety regulations, including installation and upgrading of emergency lighting, fire doors; and finishing works including fire sealing, paintwork and joinery works. As main contractor on this project, Martin Contracts worked closely with the Belfast Metropolitan College’s Estates Department to ensure the project was completed in time for the new term year.
