Description:

This project comprised the full mechanical and electrical re-fit of 106 bedrooms and bathrooms over seven of the hotel’s twelve floors, and their adjoining corridors. Work was carried out while the remainder of the hotel remained fully operational, and included the upgrading of rooms with disabled access to meet current legislative requirements.
