Description:

This project, on the grounds of the Grade II former Convent, consisted of the full building refurbishment of two separate buildings, with works ranging from the mending of centuries-old foundations, to the meticulous restoration of decaying exterior masonry, to the sourcing of coeval roof tiling, laid using methods contemporary to the building’s early 18thC. construction; to the complete interior joinery, mechanical ,electrical and finishing works, for the buildings’ future use as offices for the magnificent new luxury housing development of Hampton Grange on Plaistow Lane.
